Graduates will have studied an Agricultural, Horticultural, Food Crop, Science or Manufacturing related degree. In addition a second European language would be an advantage. |

The programme consists of some formal off training as well as on job training, coaching and mentoring. Language training is also available if required to support placements and business need |

Content:

4 six-month work placements across the following disciplines:
- Technical/Quality Control
- Commercial/Marketing/NPD
- Manufacturing/Growing
- Buying/Procurement
Placements will either be in a job role e.g. Team Leader in Production, or project based.
Example projects have included:
- Researching the Supply Chain to Bakkavör factories, reviewing new approaches and identifying potential cost savings.
- Improving the raw material growing process

Placements could be at anyone of our sites in the UK and one may be in Europe depending on language skills and business requirements |
| Salary: |
£23,500 - three additional £500 payments made on joining, on completion of year 1 and at the end of scheme, plus 2 weeks B&B or rent plus reasonable removal costs |
